We are moving from California & he made everything so easy. Any rentals we were interested in we told him the night of and he was already out looking at the home the following morning. Keep in mind that this is the time where inventory is low and anything decent home that is listed it gets snatched up really quickly. So Chris moved quickly. He gave us not only information about the home and what his thoughts are but also his very detailed observation of the neighborhood. I literally felt that I was there myself because of how descriptive and detailed he was. My husband and I really liked him. He knows what he is talking about. He knows his area and after talking to us he knew exactly what we are looking for. He was always available. It didn't matter what time of the day he would respond back quickly. Most people get back the next day or hours later but not Chris. He is really on the ball with what he does. We can tell he is very good at what he does since he is so natural at it. If I can give him 10 stars I would. I usually don't leave reviews unless it's stellar but I felt this is worth writing. Anyone looking for a REALTOR I would highly recommend Chris."
