She has a consistent record of achievement proven throughout her 17 years of Business Management and Project Management acumen in Financial Services, Healthcare, and the Military. Other than becoming a Mother, joining the Military was another labor of love because it allowed me to connect with my fellow soldiers and accomplish those missions, I utilize those same principles in real estate connecting with my clients.
 
Simone enjoys educating others which she demonstrated by obtaining her Master of Business Administration and certificates in Project Management and Information Systems Management, then embarked on her passion for real estate. Simone is motivated to be encompassed in the home buying and selling experience for her clients, making it an educating optimistic experience. Simone realizes real estate is multifaceted, therefore, she is driven to analyze Anchorher clients’ real estate needs and provide real solutions.
 
Simone is an advocate for building a solid rapport with her clients, attention to detail and producing customer satisfaction are vital. She is committed to answering questions in a timely manner, providing constant feedback, being proactive, good planner, and prioritizing tasks. Simone is a new home construction buying and selling guru with keen eyesight when it comes to interior decorating and home staging.
 
Simone resides in Little Elm, Texas with her husband and daughter and has been a resident of the DFW area for over 15 years, providing robust DFW market knowledge. When she is not spending quality family time, she is a lover of anything interior decorating, an avid reader, loves watching kiddie movies (always a life lesson in the movie plot), and a community volunteer Pageant Judge. Simone’s real estate business philosophy has always been the same since Day 1: confidence, professionalism, and due diligence, which clients value working with me as their real estate agent.
